Committed To Saving A Life

Our Story

Resuscitating Beats CPR was found in 2023 by Lashima Davis. Throughout her thirteen year journey in medicine, she has enjoyed serving her community in health and wellness. She decided to expand her passion into providing hands-on training for individuals and organizations looking to become certified. With her first successful class of determined scholars, her dream to save more lives magnified.

Resuscitating Beats CPR aims to provide accurate, evidence-based training, in which all students receive a completion certificate the same day. We desire for our students to feel welcomed and included throughout every step of the training process. We continue to work with a wide selection of clients to support in growing our organization in hopes to serve families and communities worldwide, one life at a time!

What is

CPR

&

why is it

important

?

CPRor Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation – is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating. Immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival after cardiac arrest.

According to The American Heart Association, keeping the blood flow active – even partially – extends the opportunity for a successful resuscitation once trained medical staff arrive on site.

Chain of Survival CPR is a critical step in the AHA’s Chain of Survival. The term Chain of Survival provides a useful metaphor for the elements of the ECC systems concept
